We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC service technician to maintain and repair our customers‚ HVAC systems. The HVAC service technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats and compressors.
You will diagnose problems, relay costs to customers, and offer alternative solutions. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment
- Performing routine preventative maintenance
- Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers‚ requirements.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests
We have an immediate opening for an HVAC installer to accurately install top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning equipment for our customers. As an HVAC Installer, you will travel to our client’s properties, inspect their current equipment, find defects in their device, and perform the required repairs or maintenance routines.
A successful candidate will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Their essential duty is to provide professional guidance and advice for clients to choose the most acceptable HVAC system as well as the design and installation of these systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers HVAC system
- Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following manufacturer’s specifications
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
- Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
- Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
- Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
